NU ENVIRO acquired a 30% stake in Nanjing Chemical Industry Park Tian Yu Soild Waste Disposal Co., Limited.
NU ENVIRO declared dividends of HK$18.21 million for the profit of the year 2016 to shareholders.

NU ENVIRO transferred its listing of shares to the Hong Kong Main Board (stock code:436.HK).
The company’s name is formally changed to “New Universe Environmental Group Limited 新宇環保集團有限公司” and the stock short name changed to "NU ENVIRO".
NU ENVIRO declared dividends of HK$14.78 million for the profit of the year 2015 to shareholders.
2015
NU ENVIRO honored with the Green China Environmental Innovation Achievement Award by Wen Wei Po, the Overseas Chinese Media Cooperation Organization (OCM) and Hong Kong Environmental Protection Association (HKEPA).
The quality management system of YanCheng NUHF Environmental Technology Ltd. is certified to the standard of GB/T19001-2008 (idt ISO9001: 2008) and the environmental management system is certified to the standard of GB/T24001-2004 (idt ISO14001:2004).
NU ENVIRO acquired the remaining 2% interest of the eco-electroplating specialized zone which still held by the third party, and the zone became 100% wholly owned by NU ENVIRO.
NU ENVIRO invested in establishing a new project for industrial hazardous waste incineration treatment in Suqian of Jiangsu Province.
NU ENVIRO declared dividends of HK$14.18 million for the profit of the year 2014 to shareholders.

Suzhou New Universe ceases operation in the 3rd quarter of 2012. It hands over its land and plants in January in 2013 and is under dissolution in 2013. The Group completely ends its business of plastics manufacturing and focuses on the development of environmental business.
NU ENVIRO declared dividends of HK$9.82 million for the profit of the year 2012 to shareholders.
NU ENVIRO acquires 16% additional stake in the waste treatment project YanCheng NUHF Environmental Technology Limited to make up a controlling stake of 65%.
NU ENVIRO disposes of 35% stake in the new project Xiangshui New Universe Environmental Technology Limited and maintains a controlling stake of 65%.
NU ENVIRO honored with the Environmental Excellence Award for Listed Company by the United Nations Environmental Programme Foundation, China Environmental Protection Association, Hong Kong Environmental Protection Association, Macau Environmental Protection Association, and Taiwan Environmental Protection Association.

NU ENVIRO joins force with Jiangsu Huifeng Agrochemical Co. Ltd. to establish a joint venture “YanCheng NUHF Environmental Technology Limited” in Dafeng in Jiangsu, China.
NU ENVIRO declared dividends of HK$9.95 million for the profit of the year 2011 to shareholders for the first time.

NU ENVIRO acquires 60% additional stake in an eco-electroplating specialized zone to make up a controlling stake of 98% in the zone.
NU ENVIRO establishes XiangShui New Universe Environmental Technology Limited in Xiangshui in Jiangsu, China with encouragement of the local government.
2010
Zhenjiang New Universe Solid Waste Disposal Co. Ltd. expands its plant and increases its capacity of handling industrial solid waste.
2009
NU ENVIRO disposes of its stake in dock and warehouse development and intends to confine its efforts to the treatment of industrial solid waste.
2008
The management system of the environmental waste treatment centers of NU ENVIRO is certified to have reached the national and international standards.
The quality management system each of Zhenjiang New Universe Solid Waste Disposal Co. Ltd., Yancheng New Universe Solid Waste Disposal Co. Ltd. and Taizhou New Universe Solid Waste Disposal Co. Ltd., is certified to the standard of GB/T19001-2000 (idt ISO9001: 2000).
The environmental management system of Zhenjiang New Universe Solid Waste Disposal Co. Ltd. is certified to the standard of GB/T24001-2004 (idt ISO14001:2004).
NU ENVIRO acquires 38% stake in an eco-electroplating specialized zone of over 180,000 square metres in Zhenjiang in China.
2007
NU ENVIRO acquires the 82% controlling stakes in three environmental solid waste treatment centers situated at three major cities in Jiangsu Province, China. Zhenjiang New Universe Solid Waste Disposal Co. Ltd., Yancheng New Universe Solid Waste Disposal Co. Ltd. and Taizhou New Universe Solid Waste Disposal Co. Ltd are wholly foreign-owned enterprises established since 2003 in the Jiangsu Province, which are principally engaged in environmental treatment of industrial and hazardous medical solid wastes.
NU ENVIRO acquires 28.67%, 24.5% and 18.62% equity interests respectively in Qingdao Zhongxin Huamei Plastics Co. Ltd., Danyang New Huamei Plastics Co. Ltd., and Suzhou New Huamei Plastics Co. Ltd. These 3 Sino-foreign equity joint venture enterprises are engaged in plastic materials dyeing for major plastics manufacturing customers in China.
2006
NU ENVIRO commences its business diversification plans.
The quality management system of the major production base of NU ENVIRO, Suzhou New Universe Smartech Tooling & Plastics Limited, is certified to the standard of ISO9001:2000.
2004
NU ENVIRO establishes its major production base and point of sale for precision mold making and plastics production at the Yangtze River Delta situated at Suzhou, China.
2002
The company’s name is formally changed to “New Universe International Group Limited”.
2000
NU ENVIRO becomes listed on the Hong Kong GEM Board (stock code: 8068).
1996
New Universe Environmental Group Limited (NU ENVIRO) is founded under the brand name “Smartech” as a plastic injection precision mold manufacturer with an R&D base in Hong Kong and plants at the Pearl River Delta situated in Guangdong, China.
