Assembly
Below assembly services are available at our facility, which are
customized to parts assembly strength requirements.
- Welding (Ultrasonic/Heat) are used
when permanent assemblies are required.
- Adhesive is primarily used when
incompatible materials need to be assembled
- Mechanical
(Screws/Rivets/Stacking/Snap fits/inserts) with the exception of
Stacking and some riveting and Snap fits techniques, mechanical
assembly techniques are applied when detachable assemblies are required.
