Plants
NUIGL has its own quality production plants in the Suzhou City of Mainland China. Suzhou New Universe Smartech Tooling & Plastics Limited owns factory buildings erected at a site area of 33,333 m2, and currently have 250 staffs.
Suzhou New Universe Smartech Tooling & Plastics Limited accepts orders to
manufacture metallic tooling with size up to 12 tons for multi-plastic
injection purposes, including prototype, standard tooling, multi-cavities mold, hot
runner, over-mold, two-shots mold and gas assisted injection mold. We own CAD/CAM/CAE
software, EDM/WEDM/CNC and 50T to 1300T plastic injection machines for mold making and plastic injection.
We have dust free plastic injection production lines to carry out plastic injection for our customers.
Our plastic production department delivers one-stop services that include spray painting, pad printing,
thermal stamp printing, thermal & ultrasonic welding and plastic parts assembly facilities.
We export to Europe, USA and Far East markets using 60% of our capacity while sell locally to the China
market using 40% of our capacity.
Our tooling and plastic products covers household appliances, automotive parts, medical equipment,
and other industrial parts. We co-operate with different major clients like Whirlpool, NewellRubbermaid,
Konica Minolta, Canon, Volvo, and Ford.
