 Since our specialty is to offer an integrated
mold making package "Total Solution", we
are capable of providing to our customers the services of "reverse
engineering", "concurrent engineering",
"Prototyping", "CAD/CAM/CAE",
in addition of course to our mold making capabilities, which all
together forms a unique feature that distinguishes SmarTech amongst
other mold makers in China. It enables us to manufacture custom-made
molds and plastic products in an effective and economical manner that
attribute to our success and are highly appreciated by our customers.
When plastic parts production volume is LOW, we at NUIGL work close to
our customer and try to reduce his overall tools cost and lead times by
quoting our customer ONLY core/cavity UNITS
and using our own Moldbases,
which is a system pretty much similar to MUD system offered by DME.
