Taizhou New Universe Solid Waste Disposal Co. Ltd. was established in 2003 and started its operations since
2005. The company has established its environmental disposition facilities at an industrial site area of
19,896.20 square meters (or about 214,165 square feet) with land use rights granted for 50 years.
The company provides regulated medical and industrial waste management services to hospitals and chemical
industries in the city. The plant is equipped with state-of-the art incineration technology and facilities
to transform the medical and industrial hazardous waste into environmentally friendly substance for further
disposition.
Taizhou New Universe Solid Waste Disposal Co. Ltd. is licensed to have capacity to handle 3,000 tons solid
waste per annum with its incineration facilities. The company has entered into service contracts to serve
over 80% of the major hospitals in the Taizhou City for regulated hazardous medical waste disposition.
